Change your screen resolution
Set your screen resolution to 1024 by 768 or more. Also adjust your Internet browser zoom to 100%.
Windows 10
- Click the Start button located on the lower left of the screen.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select System.
- Click Advanced display settings.
- Click on the menu under Resolution.
- Select a resolution of at least 1024 by 768.
- Also, under Scale and layout, check the setting under Change the size of text, apps, and other items. We suggest you use the percentage marked "(Recommended)".
Windows 8.x
- Open the Windows menu located on the lower left of the screen, select PC settings.
- Select PC and devices.
- Select Display.
- The screen resolution is indicated in pixels, for example 1280 x 800. Move the black square to the right to increase the resolution to a minimum of 1024 by 768 then click on the Apply button.
Windows 7, Vista
- Open your Control Panel. To do so, click on the Start menu and select Control panel.
- Under the heading Appearance and Personalization, select Adjust screen resolution.
- Select a resolution of at least 1024 by 768.
On MAC OS X, screen resolution setup is located in System Preferences panel.
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences. If necessary, click the Displays tab.
- Click Scaled, then select a resolution. A minimum of 1024 x 768 is required.

Enable Popups
By default, Pop-up Blocker is enabled. To turn Pop-up Blocker off, follow these steps:
Internet Explorer 11
- Select Internet Options in the Tools menu to open the Internet Options panel;
- Click on the Privacy tab;
- Uncheck the Turn on Pop-up Blocker to turn the pop-up blocker off;
- Click on the Apply button;
- Close the Internet Options panel;
- Refresh the page.
Internet Explorer Edge
- Click on the menu button at the right top corner and select Settings at the bottom of the menu;
- Scroll down and click on the button View advanced settings;
- Switch off Block Pop-ups to turn the pop-ups blocker off;
- Close the Settings panel by clicking anywhere on the page;
- Refresh the page.
You can allow pop-ups by turning off Chrome’s pop-ups blocker. Here’s how:
- In the top-right corner of the browser window, click on the Chrome menu button
- Select Settings.
- Click on the Advanced link at the bottom of the page.
- Under "Privacy and Security", click on Content settings.
- Under "Pop-ups", select Allow all sites to show pop-ups.
- Close the Settings tab.
You can allow pop-ups by turning off Firefox’s pop-up blocker. Here’s how:
- Click on the menu button and choose Options.
- Select the Content panel.
- Uncheck Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker altogether.
- Close the Preferences panel.
You can allow pop-ups by turning off Safari’s pop-up blocker. Here’s how:
MAC
- On the menu bar, click on the Safari menu Preferences.
- Select the “Websites” tab then click on “Pop-Up Windows” from the left side menu.
- Locate the website URL in the list, then click the dropdown selection menu next to that URL and choose “Allow”.
- Close Safari Preferences.
Enable Cookies
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.x
- Click Tools from your browser's menu bar.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Privacy tab, then move the slider on the left down until it says Accept All Cookies.
- Click OK to return and then refresh the page.
- Select Tools menu located in the upper right part of the browser window.
- Select Settings.
- Click on Show advanced settings.
- In the "Privacy" section, click on the Content settings button.
- In the "Cookies" section, make sure Allow local data to be set is selected to allow both first-party and third-party cookies.
- Click OK to return and then refresh the page.
- Click on the menu button and choose Options.
- Select the Privacy panel.
- Set "Firefox will": Use custom settings for history.
- Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies.
- Set "Accept third-party cookies": Always.
- Close the Preferences panel.
MAC
- On the menu bar, click on the Safari menu Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- For the Cookies and website data option, check: Always allow.
- Close the panel to return and refresh the page.
Windows
- Click the Settings menu located in the upper right part of the browser window.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Next to "Accept cookies", make sure the box entitled Always is ticked
- Close the panel to return and refresh the page.
